What are my login details?
Your login details were provided to you in your registration letter. Please use your unique 5 digit number as your login. Your password has been defaulted to your date of birth in the following format 01 01 2000.
I have forgotten my login details
If you have forgotten your login details you will need to select I have forgotten my login reference. You will receive an automated email response.
Logging in on the BFCMyChoice Mobile Website
When logging in using a mobile device you will see the page below:
If you are having trouble logging in, then you need to select the last option called Full website.
This will take you to the full website where you will need to select one of the Login options shown below:

This is where you should enter your 5 digit login reference number.
If you have forgotten your login reference, then you should select I have forgotten my login reference. You will then be asked to enter the email address that you used to register. You will receive an automated email response containing your login reference number.
Login Page 2
This is where you should enter your memorable date which is your date of birth e.g 01 01 2000 and the password you created.
If you have forgotten your password then you should select I have forgotten my password.
Forgotten Password
This is where you will need to enter some details related to your account. You must enter the email address that you used to register. You will then receive an email with your password.
You can now select the Login option and enter your reference number, memorable date and your new password.
