BFC My Choice
BFC My Choice is the housing register website for affordable (social) housing in Bracknell Forest.
The demand for social housing is bigger than the number of homes available. The council manages a housing allocation scheme to allocate housing in a fair and transparent way to those in greatest need.
In Bracknell Forest, social housing is owned by registered providers (formerly known as housing associations). The council nominates households to registered providers through nomination agreements.
The council implemented a new housing allocations policy on 16 May 2025.
