As a result, there is currently a 12-week delay in assessing applications and notifying applicants of their eligibility for the Housing Register.
If you have submitted a housing application through BFC My Choice, please be assured that your application will be reviewed. We will contact you as soon as a decision has been made regarding your eligibility.
To help us process your application as quickly as possible, please ensure that:
- all supporting documents are uploaded in PDF format
- screenshots are not submitted, as they are often unclear or unreadable and can delay processing
- files are clearly named so that their contents can be easily identified (for example, Proof of Address or Bank Statement)
