We are now in a position to implement the new housing allocations policy. All existing applicants will be invited to re-register using their login reference from 19 May 2025.
We will be processing existing applications as a priority in line with the new policy and all applicants who re-apply will be notified of the outcome of their application.
The housing register will be open for new applications. Unfortunately there will be a delay in processing any new applications from 16 May 2025 while we work on existing applications.
During this period, emergency applications will still be processed.

Due to the impending implementation of the new housing allocations policy, this week’s cycle (9 May 2025 to 13 May 2025) of advertising properties will be the last cycle for a few weeks.
We have closed the cycle to allow time for everyone to re-register under the new policy.
