Properties available to rent are advertised from Friday to midnight on the following Tuesday every week.

To express your interest in a property you can either bid:

• online through this website or
• by calling our 24 hour automated bidding line - 0300 0112130 (same cost as a local call)

You may bid for any property that you are eligible for in each advertising period. You can also easily withdraw a bid if you change your mind.
